Acrobatics

In Amsterdam, at the age of twenty-four, I began acrobatics. Together with my acrobatics partner Lute Kamstra I developed several acrobatic shows: 'The waiters', 'Bellarina and the Beast' and 'Water and Fire'. We performed these shows in festivals in Holland, Germany, Israel and Turkey. The 'Bellarina and the Beast' show was integrated into 'Boost Boeven', a circus show in collaboration with Circus Werkplaats Boost and Magic Wave.

For Queens-day celebrations, 2008 and 2009, Marieke de Bruin and I created a performance titled 'Green!', with music by Swarup Davide.

In the last few years I have been practicing acro-yoga. Next to performing I give acrobatics and acro-yoga workshops to young and old.
