Photography

At the age of ten I was given my first stills camera. Ever since then a camera has always accompanied me in my daily life, on my travels, at makeup photo shoots and on my anthropological fieldwork.

The photographs I made on my travel to Mongolia, China, Taiwan, Thailand, Malaysia and Borneo were exhibited in 'Crossroads', a photography exhibition in Ein-Hod (2001).

In 2006 I received a special mention in the student photography competition 'City at night' at the University of Amsterdam.
